GL Veneer reserves the right to change, modify, add to, or remove portions of these Terms & Conditions at any time. You should review them frequently, checking for periodic changes. Your continued use of the website after any such changes will confirm your understanding of and agreement to the changes.

You may not distribute, modify, republish, or publicly display any of the content or services provided on the GL Veneer website without the prior written permission of GL Veneer, Inc.

The following policies are in effect for all product sales conducted on the GL Veneer website.

Sales Order Fulfillment

All sales orders fulfilled on this website are F.O.B. 2224 East Slauson Avenue, Huntington Park, CA 90255

Product Warranty

Unless specifically noted, every GL Veneer product sold on this website is warranted to be free from manufacturing defects.

Veneer Samples

Images of veneer species depicted on this website are “type” samples only, demonstrating the character and color normally associated with a particular wood specie. The veneer you receive from GL Veneer may differ from the sample shown due to natural variations in the veneer species and/or variations in the equipment used to display the images. If you need a specific color or pattern match for your project, submit a request and we will assist you. Returns of GL Veneer material for reasons of color and/or matching will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Inspecting Received Product Shipments

We ask that you immediately inspect received shipments for any damage or defects. GL Veneer allows up to 7 calendar days from the documented date you receive any GL Veneer product for reporting shipping damage. We allow up to 14 calendar days from the documented date you receive any product to report manufacturing defects, wrong product shipped, or other problems with your order.

Reporting Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Products

If you receive the wrong GL Veneer product, a product that has a manufacturing defect, or a product damaged in transit, call GL Veneer’s Customer Service immediately at 1-800-588-5003. We will review the problem with you and initiate reasonable and prudent action to correct the error or defect. At GL Veneer’s option, the material may be replaced or a refund issued.

Product Returns

If GL Veneer’s Customer Service requests that you return a product, you will be given a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions. Please do not return material without an RMA number. Return shipments without a pre-authorized RMA number will be significantly delayed in processing.

Non-Defective Product Returns

GL Veneer will accept returns of non-defective products and will charge your account a 20% restocking fee. Call GL Veneer Customer Service at 1-800-588-5003 for an RMA number and shipping instructions prior to returning any GL Veneer product or material.

Return/Exchange Freight Charges

Return and/or exchange freight charges for incorrect or defective products will be paid by GL Veneer. Freight charges for other return types will be at the discretion of GL Veneer’s Customer Service department.
